We spoke to Lissa, Lucy and some of the team in their office, about what prompted them to work with RedZebra…
“Before RedZebra we were using Datafile, our whole data bank was stored on it. But after 19 years, it wasn’t suitable for our business anymore. There were too many limitations and we needed a scheduling system that could keep up with our future business demands. And as we got busier and busier, we knew we needed management software that would help us grow in the direction we wanted the business to go.”
We asked them which part of the business has been impacted the most since using RedZebra’s field service management software…
“Every driver, every site, every week and everyday is all scheduled within RedZebra now. AND we still have the capacity to add the laundry side of the business on too.”
“Because everything is online all of the time, it’s been great for team communication and live updates. Previously, we had to wait until the end of the week when our drivers would come into the office with their weeks’ worth of paperwork or hope they would call with any problems stopping them from doing their job. But RedZebra has enabled everyone to answer questions immediately, so there is no more paper trail or notes being passed around different team members.”
Lucy said she loves the way you can drag and drop between jobs and days of the week, while the drivers love the ability to take and attach photos.
“Our drivers can give us real-time updates in the office, but also to our customers. Plus, if they need gate access or maybe a door entry code, they can find the solution quickly and save it for future visits!”
With a total of 10 Users and a loyal customer since 2023, we asked Lucy what she would say to a potential client of RedZebra:
